Jill travelled to mining sites in Mexico with Cornish connections in October 2017.
She joined the twinning delegation from Redruth, Cornwall, in Real Del Monte, Hidalgo, Mexico, for the annual “Paste Festival”, a 3-day cultural festival which celebrates the strong and long-standing Cornish connections.
